What types of event decor and lighting do you specialize in?
We are a family-owned event rental and production company specializing in high-quality, memorable event decor. Our inventory includes our signature ostrich feather centerpieces, perimeter decor, ambient lighting (including up-lighting and under-table lighting), custom florals, draping, backdrops, and specialty furniture.
Do you have an order minimum?
Yes. Our order minimums depend on how your items are handled:

On-Site Delivery, Setup, and Breakdown: Your total rental order must meet a minimum of $1,500. (Note: Setup/breakdown service fees and tax are calculated separately and do not count toward this minimum.)

Customer Pickup & Return: If you plan to transport the decor yourself, your rental order must meet a minimum of $500.
Where are you located, and do you service events outside your area?
Our main office and showroom are located at 73128 Hwy 1077, Covington, Louisiana. While we proudly serve the greater New Orleans area and surrounding regions, we also ship our decor worldwide and are available for nationwide event setups.
🚚 Pickup, Delivery, & Logistics
What are your hours of operation for pickups and drop-offs?
Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. We kindly ask that all customer pickups and returns take place during these designated business hours.
How long can I keep my rental items?
All rentals should be returned to our Covington office within 5 days after your event date.
When is my decor prepared for my event?
To ensure everything looks flawless, your specific decor is carefully set aside, inspected, and prepared 14 days prior to your event date. Because we reserve these exact items for you, they cannot be rented out to anyone else during your time frame.
🎨 Design & Customization
Can I choose specific colors for my event theme?
Absolutely! We offer a wide variety of color options for our event linens, spandex, and signature feathers. We can help you match your specific event theme—whether it's an elegant wedding, a classic New Orleans Jazz night, a Casino/Vegas theme, or a vibrant gala.
What is your cancellation or order modification policy?
Because items are blocked off and prepped in advance, a 10% restocking or cancellation fee applies to certain changes made to your order. This fee applies if you:

Change the color of feathers or linens

Cancel the entire rental order
Who is responsible for damaged or missing rental items?
By signing our rental agreement, the client assumes full responsibility for all items supplied by Fancy Faces. Any lost, stolen, or damaged items will be subject to replacement or repair fees.
