
FANCY FACES RENTAL POLICIES:
Minimum charges

With delivery, setup, and breakdown: Your total rental order must be at least $1,500. This is in addition to the charges for the setup and breakdown services and tax.

With customer pickup and return: Your rental order must meet a minimum of $500. You are responsible for transporting the decor to and from the office yourself.
Decor preparation and reservation

Item preparation: Decor for your event is set aside and prepared 14 days before your event date.

Reserved items: Once the items are reserved for your event, they cannot be rented by anyone else during that time.
10% restocking or cancellation fee
A 10% fee will be charged for any of the following changes or cancellations:

Changing the color of feathers.

Changing the color of linens.
-
Decreasing the number of centerpieces.
-
Canceling the entire rental order.
This fee covers the labor involved in preparing and re-shelving these items, as well as the loss of potential rental income while they were reserved for you.

8 A.M. to 4 P.M.

We kindly ask that items be picked up and dropped off during our business hours. All rentals should be returned within 5 days after your event.

The new rental cost for feathers are $1.25 each, with a minimum order requirement of 400 feathers.

Minimum Rental Order
- $500.00 for pickup from our office.
- $1500.00 for on-site setup and breakdown.
